and Memorial Garden
Susan Foxworth Davis Memorial Garden
Located on the grounds of the Orange City United Methodist Church in Orange City, Florida, the Susan Foxworth Davis Memorial Garden was established in 2001 to provide a final resting place for church members and affiliates who wish to have their remains interred on the church grounds. The Garden features 288 spaces, each measuring one square foot.
Qualification for Internment
The Garden is reserved for members and immediate family of affiliates of the Orange City United Methodist Church.
Donations
We accept donations of $750.00 for internment. Your donation covers: the opening and closing of the site, clergy for the internment service, engraving the name and dates on the granite memorial, and providing care of the memorial garden and grounds.
Management
The Garden meets local and state rules and regulations for a memorial garden of this type. It is administered by the Memorial Garden Committee under the jurisdiction of the Board of Trustees of the Orange City United Methodist Church.
Site Assignment and Selection
Sites may be selected at any time after the application is approved. The assignment of spaces is the responsibility of the memorial garden committee which has the final authority. Every effort will be made to honor the requests by the applicant.
